Senior Leading Hand Position Description

As a collaborative member of the Infrastructure Projects team, the position is accountable for supervision & guidance to the team, and making complex technical & operational decisions.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate through their Cover Letter & CV that they meet the following requirements:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction, or equivalent experience;
• Experience in the operation of multi-function plant and equipment & plant/equipment operation certification;
• Knowledge of civil engineering construction quality control procedures;
• Experience in leading a team;
• Capable of physical manual labour;
• HC class vehicle licence; and
• Safety Awareness Certification (white card).
