Project description	Upgrades will improve safety with the installation of traffic calming measures along the entire length of Azelia Street and will include: Installation of a raised plateau at the intersection of Hillcrest Road and Azelia Street Installation of speed humps, flush asphalt medians and medium island Installation of pram ramps with handrails Kerb and footpath remediation works Drainage upgrades Installation of new light poles by Western Power Line marking
