Delivered in partnership with the British Museum, this world-class exhibition features 21 high-resolution images of Delany’s “paper mosaiks” of plants and flowers.

Adding a modern twist to this exhibition, professional Perth artists will present new works inspired by Delany’s art, creating a unique dialogue between past and present.

Held from 3pm to 7pm, the event attracted approximately 3,000 attendees who enjoyed a fantastic range of free activities, local market stalls and a variety of food from local food trucks. Carnival rides added to the festive atmosphere, while a live DJ kept the energy high throughout the afternoon with music for all ages.

The event created a relaxed and welcoming environment where families, friends and neighbours could gather, enjoy local entertainment and spend time outdoors in one of the City’s beautiful parks. The strong attendance and positive atmosphere highlighted the importance of community events in bringing people together and celebrating local places.
