Summer Reading Quest 2025/26

Journey to your local City of Wanneroo library these school holidays and let your kids’ imagination run wild with our Summer Reading Quest.
There’s something for all ages to enjoy, with a stack of fabulous activities and events happening, and fun prizes to collect whenever your child completes a reading challenge.
Cam the chameleon is back for another Summer Reading Quest, and this year he’s brought along his friend Tam the turtle. This book loving duo are embarking on an epic underwater adventure these school holidays.
Whether your kids are book lovers or need a little more encouragement, the Summer Reading Quest is sure to be a whole heap of fun!

A graduate of WAAPA, Hannah has performed at many popular Perth venues where she has captivated a range of individuals through her soulful and heartfelt vocals. Hannah is joined by pianist Jasper Lambert, who has also made his mark on Perth’s music scene. - Fake ID

DJ Rev Carrama brings electric energy to every event, blending expert line-dancing instruction with crowd-pleasing beats.

Present in the Current showcases the work of three local artists, Warrick Palmateer, Matthew Bettinaglio and Lee Jessamine.
Be in awe of the power of nature as ceramist Palmateer, and photographer and videographer Jessamine explore the beauty and wildness of the Leeuwin Current through ceramics, photographic prints and video. Filmmaker Bettinaglio explores Palmateer’s process of making in a documentary style video and photography.
Present in the Current represents the culmination of years of creative pursuit and friendship between the artists in one display.
