IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This form is for:

• Any club, school, or event bookings (sports championships etc)
• Any organisation wishing to be invoiced, or where the booking requires a bond
• Courts and/or room hire
• Annual or long term booking requests (up to a maximum of 12 months)
• Any bookings not covered by the Casual & Bulk Booking form
• Musical concerts and music focused events are NOT recommended at this venue

Please note:

Event applications should be submitted at least 8 weeks prior to the proposed event. Applications submitted less than 8 weeks may not be approved.

Bookings for the following calendar year are not processed until November of the current year. Major championships and similar bookings may be processed earlier, however applicants must contact the stadium’s Administration Officer on 9405 5645 to request this.
