The City of Wanneroo is calling for expressions of interest from community groups and organisations to deliver programs and services to children and young people from the Clarkson Youth Centre – 59 Key Largo Drive, Clarkson.

The Centre has a number of facilities including function, meeting and multimedia rooms; a lounge (youth room); kitchen; and three offices.

The City is looking to hire the Centre to organisations and agencies for trial periods until December 2021. 

The process for the Expression of Interest is: 

  1. Read through the Clarkson Youth Centre Expression of Interest- further information to view eligibility criteria.
  2. Call Youth Development Planner Laura Crisp on 9405 5600 to discuss your service/program and provide notification of your interest.
  3. Submit the online expression of interest form. You will be notified of the outcome of your submission within 14 days of the closing date.

Fee waiver & subsidy

Junior or Senior clubs, organisations or groups must consist of over 50% of members either under the age of 18 years or over the age of 55 years and have over 50% of members who reside within the City of Wanneroo to be eligible for the fully subsidised use provisions of this policy.

Junior or Senior clubs, organisations or groups that are from outside of the City of Wanneroo or comprise of less than 50% juniors will be required to pay 50% of the appropriate fee as per the City of Wanneroo Schedule of Fees and charges.
