• By submitting images through this form, you agree to their use by the Wanneroo Regional Museum in the new Migration exhibit.
• Please note that space in the exhibit is limited and while the museum will endeavour to include a diverse range of stories, not all content can be used in the display. 
• All items offered for donation will be assessed in accordance with the Museum Collection Policy. On acceptance of the item/s into the collection, full transfer of ownership through supportive documentation needs to be completed. 
• Information submitted in this form will not be used for any other purpose.
