If you are experiencing financial hardship you are able to apply for some assistance with your rates account. Each application is assessed on an individual basis.

To be eligible for this assistance you must be able to demonstrate that you are suffering financial hardship, not due to COVID-19.

Please complete this form and attach all required documentation. Once received, your application will be assessed by our Rates Team who may contact you to discuss your application and payment options. During the assessment debt recovery action will be paused on your account. The assessment process can take some time and our Rates team will contact you with an outcome.
