Support for sports clubs

The City of Wanneroo has partnered with Sports Community, an online resource service, to provide local clubs and their volunteers with free training, support and club management resources.

The online platform provides step-by-step checklists, training videos, templates, and policies and procedures, all created to aid grassroots clubs in coordinating fundraising, marketing, governance and administration. Access to Sports Community is free, with no cost to clubs.

The online training services will assist your club with obtaining sponsors, writing grant applications, improving time management, effectively financing club costs, using social media to enhance your club’s online profile and running successful social events for your club.
