The Wanneroo Library and Cultural Centre in the Wanneroo Town Centre (at 3 Rocca Way, Wanneroo) is now open. The Library and Cultural Centre is the cultural centre of the northern metropolitan region, featuring a library, regional museum, exhibition gallery, community function space, theatrette, and coffee shop.

The Wanneroo Regional Museum showcases the City's rich cultural heritage with exciting new displays that celebrate stories of the area. The Wanneroo Library is a vibrant community hub with far more to offer than just books.
