IMPORTANT NOTICE

We regret any inconvenience caused to you, however due to Rangers and Safety Services relocating to the main office (City of Wanneroo Civic Building) located at 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo, all customer enquires, including Fire Permits, Dog Registrations and Infringement matters, will need to be directed to the City of Wanneroo Customer Relations area.

Credit Card Surcharge

City of Wanneroo residents, ratepayers and customers who choose to pay their rates and other bills via credit card will be charged a surcharge of 0.57 per cent from Monday 3 August 2009.

Each year the City incurs substantial costs in credit card fees, which are passed on via the banks. Rather than increase council fees to recover these fees, only those residents, ratepayers and customers paying via credit card will be charged with this surcharge.

Credit card surcharges will be passed on at the point of transaction.

Please note that there are other payment options available to residents and ratepayers that do not incur a surcharge, which include cash, cheque, EFTPOS and BPay (using a nominated saving or cheque account).

For more information about the surcharge, please contact the City’s Customer Relations on 9405 5000
