Account and registration help

The following information should assist with any problems you may encounter when managing your account.

Why should I register for an account?

When you register, you will be able to:

  • Subscribe to newsletters, so we can keep you informed of what's happening in the City of Wanneroo
  • Partially complete online forms and save them for completion later, without losing any information
  • Access an account page listing any forms you have submitted

How do I create an account?

Go to www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/register and complete your details. 

Note: make sure you carefully enter your email address to ensure you receive a confirmation email.

I'm having trouble registering

Make sure you have completed all the required fields and that your passwords match.  If you still have trouble registering please contact us.

I'm having trouble logging in to my account

Make sure you have entered your email address and password correctly (Note: your password is case sensitive).

If you still have trouble logging in reset your password.

How do I change my password?

  • Log into your account
  • Under Your personal details, select ‘change your password’

I have not received my email for registration

Please check your spam or junk folder in your emails.

How do I cancel an online form I have started?

  • Log into your account
  • Under Awaiting completion, select 'remove' below the relevant form

I want to continue completing an online form that I started

  • Log into your account
  • Under Awaiting completed, select complete below the relevant form

During registration, I received an error message "Password must be re-entered on successive attempts to register."

Please ensure you enter the same password in the confirm password field when registering.
