Please use the forms below to submit Traffic Management Plans (TMP) to the City of Wanneroo.
- TMPs involving NO road closure should be submitted a minimum of 10 working days prior to works commencing.
- TMPs involving a road closure less than 28 days should be submitted a minimum of 20 working days prior to works commencing.
- TMPs involving a road closure of more than 28 days, also require a public advertising period of 28 days and should be submitted a minimum of 40 working days prior to works commencing.
Subdivision and Development works
Please use the Land Development Application Form for all TMPs relating to subdivision and development works.

Other TMPs
For all other TMPs please use our Traffic Management Plan Application Form. This includes:
- City of Wanneroo capital works projects.
- City of Wanneroo maintenance.
- Main Roads WA led projects, Perth Transport Authority led projects.
- Utility Service Works (not in relation to a subdivision).
- Works on private property (including pathways) impacting the road reserve.
