Song selection
All you need to do is choose any number 1 hit song from the past 40 years that suits your voice and style and that you love performing!
The song must be well-known, family-friendly and showcase your vocals. If you’re not sure what counts, think of songs that topped the charts in Australia, the UK or the US.
Your video should clearly show your voice and be appropriate for a general audience. No professional equipment needed, a phone recording is fine as long as we can hear you clearly.

Here's how it works:
- Record a video of yourself singing a number 1 hit from the past 40 years.

- If you’re uploading your video to YouTube or Vimeo, please include the link.
