Proposed Mixed Use Development at 15 Boston Quays, Mindarie (DA2018/260)
The City has received an application for Approval to
Commence Development for the above proposal, which is being advertised for
public comment commencing 7 May 2018 and will conclude on 28 May 2018. The
application proposes a three-storey mixed use development containing a
restaurant with a dining area of 66m² on the ground floor and a total of two
multiple dwellings (apartments) with one apartment each on the first and second
floors.
