Bin repairs
Please ensure that your bin is:
- Completely empty; and
- Placed on the verge by 6am of the next business day after your regular collection day.
Missing/stolen bins
Replacement bin deliveries occur up to 3 days after your regular bin collection day.
Note: before submitting this form, please make sure your neighbour has not taken your bin by mistake.

Bin for a newly built home
If you are contacting us to order a bin for a newly built home, you will need to submit a New Bin Request form.
