Proposed Single House at 30 McPharlin Avenue, Quinns Rocks (DA2022/734)
The application proposes to demolish all existing structures on the lot, and construct a new two storey single house and outbuilding (shed). The City is seeking comments due to the following, which may be visible from your common boundary.
Building
heights for the proposed single house:
- A maximum wall height of 7.7m (measured to the bottom of the eaves)
- A maximum concealed roof wall height of 8.6m (skillion roof)
- A maximum roof height of 8.7m
Building
heights and overall area of the proposed outbuilding
- A maximum wall height of 4.9m
- A maximum roof height of 5.2m
- An overall area of 80m2
