Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 11 Dalrymple View, Alexander Heights
The above-mentioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 21 September 2022.
The application proposes an outbuilding with a boundary wall 6m in length abutting the adjoining boundary (approximately 3.5m of the adjoining boundary), with a wall height of 2.7m. It is noted that the outbuilding is to be fully bricked, to match the existing dwelling.
