Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) at 30 Greygum Crescent,
Quinns Rocks (DA2022/1096)
The
application proposes a patio which is 4.5m in length, with a 500mm setback from
the adjoining boundary (southeast boundary). The patio is proposed to have a
post height of 3m and a maximum roof height of 3.2m.
The proposal will be assessed against the Design Principles of State Planning Policy 7.3 – Volume 1 Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Due to the setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space;
- Amenity;
- Views of significant;
- Appropriateness to the locality; and
- Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
