The application proposes a patio at 56 Hardcastle Avenue, Landsdale. The patio proposes to be:
- 9 metres in length;
- Post setback of nil and roof setback of 1 metre from the neighbouring property; and
- Wall height of 2.4 metres.
Due to the reduced setback distance, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space; and
- Amenity.
