The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17
January 2023.
The
application proposes an outbuilding with a wall height between 4.3m and 3.3m
which is 8m in length. The outbuilding is proposed to have a 0.5m setback from
the common boundary.
Due to the setback, you are invited to provide
comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Sunlight and ventilation;
- Overlooking;
- Effective use of space;
- Amenity;
- Views of significance;
- Appropriateness to the locality; and
- Respect for the natural ground levels of the site
