Proposed Change of Use to Short Term Accommodation at 5 Dreyer Court, Yanchep (DA2023/88)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 3 March 2023.
The application proposes a change of use to short term accommodation for the existing rear dwelling on the site. The application includes a management plan and proposes the following:
- A maximum of 4 guests at any one time;
- The proposed use will occupy the rear portion of the site;
- 1 car parking bay under the existing carport and 3 on the driveway;
- Check in time is from 3pm and checkout is 10am unless otherwise agreed; and
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
