The abovementioned
development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14
March 2023.
The
application proposes a single house and a workshop, each with a nil setback
from the southern boundary in lieu of 1m. The Workshop has a wall height of
2.6m in lieu of 2.4m.
Due to the
reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard
