The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised
for public comment until 18 April 2023.
The
application proposes an outbuilding at 52 Kingsway, Madeley.
The outbuilding is proposed to be 5.68m in length,
4.36m in width, wall height of 2.4m, ridge height of 3.5m and setback 0m from
the southern and western boundaries.
Due to the
reduced setback, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard
