The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 1 May 2023.
The application is seeking retrospective approval for a patio at 31 Portchester Drive, Darch.
Details of the patio include:
- Located in the north-eastern corner of the site;
- Length of 13.8m along the northern boundary and a width of 3.2m along the eastern boundary;
- Post height and ridge height of 2.2m and 2.8m respectively;
- Nil setbacks to posts on both boundaries; and
- The roof is 0.8m cut back along northern boundary.
