The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 June 2023.
The application proposes a single house at 24 Lanyard Outlook, Jindalee. Proposed details as follows:
- A boundary wall with a height of 3.6m from ground level and proposes a length of 5.9m;
- A setback to the upper floor on the west side of 2.89m;
- An enclosed viewing deck that is located 5.5m from the west side boundary; and
- Includes a sitting room and front balcony located 2.89m from the west side boundary.
Due to the boundary wall, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
- Building bulk;
- Effective use of space;
- Amenity; and
- Appropriateness to the locality
