The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 June 2023
The
application proposes single house additions, including retaining walls, patio,
balcony and store. The applicant is proposing a reduced setback of 0.5m
from the patio to the western adjoining lot boundary and stepped retaining 0.3m
from the western lot boundary. In addition, the applicant is proposing 20.5m2 of overlooking into the western
adjoining property from the proposed balcony.
