The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 14 June 2023.
The application proposes a Single House (double storey) at the abovementioned address.
The City is seeking
comments in relation to:
- The setback of the upper floor from common boundary;
- Height and length of the boundary wall along the northern boundary;
- Proposal of retaining walls along the northern and southern boundaries;
- Potential overlooking from the balcony; and
- Proposal of front fence located on the northern boundary.
