Proposed Change of Use to Unlisted Use (Dog Grooming) at Tenancy 4, 1 Jewel Way, Banksia Grove (DA2023/479)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 9 July 2023
The application proposes a change of use to Tenancy 4 to an Unlisted Use (Dog Grooming).
The proposal incorporates the following:
- The site will be used for the grooming, washing and blow-drying of dogs;
- Proposed hours: Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm; and Sunday 11.00am to 5.00pm;
- A maximum of six (6) dogs on the premises at any one time;
- Typically six (6) employees on site at any one time; and
- Customers to drop off their pets 15 minutes prior to their appointment and collect them within 15 minutes following the conclusion of their appointment.
