The City of Wanneroo Animals Local Law 2021 gazetted on 21 October 2021, No. 182, provides under section 3.5 (1) that Council may make a determination to set aside a reserve or foreshore or portion of a reserve or foreshore as an area upon which a person may ride or drive a horse or into which a person may bring a horse, subject to the provisions of section 3.6 of the local law.
The purpose of the Determination is to permit horses to be exercised on Lot 124 Timely Hostess Mews, Mariginiup and the effect will be that horses will be permitted to be exercised on Lot 124 Timely Hostess Mews, Mariginiup.
A copy of the Determination may be inspected at the City of Wanneroo offices at 23 Dundebar Road, Wanneroo during normal office hours. Electronic copies of the Determination can be downloaded from the City’s website at www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au.
