Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding) at 6 Stuart Place, Two Rocks (DA2023/247)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 4 July 2023.
The application proposes an outbuilding for the purpose of storage and parking in the northern east portion of 6 Stuart Place, Two Rocks.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- 7m in length and 3m in height along the street boundary with a 6m setback; and
- 6m in length along the northern boundary with a 0.2m setback.
