Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Walls and Site Works) at 10 Evans Place, Two Rocks  (DA2023/454)


The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 13 July 2023.


The application proposes retaining walls to the rear of the site, partially along the northern boundary and parallel to the rear lot boundary.


Retaining wall along northern boundary is proposed on top of the existing retaining wall. The proposed retaining is 20.5m long with a nil setback to northern boundary. The associated fill starts from 0.15m high on the north-eastern corner to 1.65m high towards the back of the site.


Retaining wall parallel to the rear lot boundary is 10.2m long with 1.5m setback from eastern boundary and 12.5m long with a 2.0m setback from south-eastern boundary. The associated fill is 2.0m high along the full length of retaining wall.
