The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 August 2023.
The application proposes a home occupation at 29 Splendens Avenue, Banksia Grove.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- The proposed Home Occupation involves the preparation, baking and selling of macarons and cookies. The applicant will only be serving customers that have pre-ordered via phone and Instagram;
- A maximum of one customer at any one time;
- A maximum of 10 customers per day;
- Utilising the on-street bays for customer parking; and
- Operating hours:
- Wednesday to Friday - 6.00pm to 9.00pm
- Saturday and Sunday - 9.00am to 4.00pm
