Proposed Single House Addition (Retaining Walls) at 80 Cassilda Way, Two Rocks (DA2023/394)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 18 August 2023.

 

The application proposes retaining walls at the northern corner of the site.


The proposed retaining wall along the western boundary is 1m in length and 0.75m in height and associated fill.

 

The proposed retaining wall along the northern boundary is 3.2m in length and 1.2m in height and associated fill.

 

The proposed retaining walls along eastern boundary are terraced at 4 levels, increasing the retained level and height of retaining wall towards the back of the site. The highest terrace is 11m in total length with a minimum 1.2m to 2.2m of fill to a top of 13.27AHD. The second terrace is 2m in length and 1.5m in height to the top of 12.52 AHD. The third terrace is 2.5m in length and 1.1m in height and lastly, 2.5m long retaining with 0.75m height at the top 11.77AHD.
