Proposed Retrospective Single House Additions (Patios, Retaining Wall and Front Fence) at 29 Shiralee Bend, Carramar (DA2023/671)

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 August 2023.


The application is seeking retrospective approval for patios, retaining wall and front fence at 29 Shiralee Bend, Carramar.

 

The patios are located along the north-eastern boundary of the property. The application retrospectively proposes a timber wall of 2.1m in height and 28.5m in length along the dividing fence at the north-eastern boundary.

 

Patio extension retrospectively proposes to extend patio roof from piers to the timber board wall for 15m in length.

 

Second patio is located at the northern corner of the site. This patio is 5.3m in length and 2.1m in height along the north-eastern boundary with posts 0.2m setback from the boundary.         

 

Retaining wall and front fence are proposed within the primary setback. The cumulative height of the retaining wall and front fence is a maximum of 2.1m with a height of 1.1m solid wall from the verge level.
