The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 28 August 2023.
The application proposes an outbuilding (shed) to the southern-eastern corner of 30 Elkington Mews, Clarkson.
Details of the outbuilding are as follows:
- Wall Height - 3 metres; and
- Nil setback to the southern and eastern boundaries.
