The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 24 August 2023.
The application proposes a single
house addition of a patio with a reduced lot boundary setback to the adjoining
eastern lot boundary.

the patio are as follows:

Roof setback
of 0.6m to the eastern boundary; and
Post
setback nil from the eastern boundary.
