Proposed Single House Addition (Outbuilding)
at 41 Ardea Way, Tapping (DA2023/736)
The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 25 August 2023.
The
application proposes a new outbuilding which has a height between 3m and 3.5m.
The outbuildings proposed dimensions are 10m x 6.1m with a 1m setback from the
northern side boundary and a nil setback to the rear boundary.
Due to the
height, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following

Sunlight
and ventilation;
Overlooking;
Effective
use of space;
Amenity;
Views of
significance;
Appropriateness
to the locality; and
Respect for the natural ground levels of the site.
