Proposed Single House, Single House Addition (Outbuilding) and Retrospective Retaining Walls at 60 Whitfield Drive, Two Rocks

 

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 2 October 2023.

 

The application is seeking approval for a Single House, Single House Addition (Outbuilding) and retrospective approval for Retaining Walls.

 

The application proposes a 66.5m2 outbuilding within the north-eastern corner of the property. The outbuilding is 7m in length with a 0.5m setback from the south-eastern boundary. The outbuilding is maximum 3.6m in height at its ridge along the south-eastern boundary with a 2.6m wall height.

 

The retaining walls to the front of the property and along the north-western and north-eastern boundary are retrospectively proposed under this application. The retaining wall along the north-western boundary is 36m long with a minimum height of 0.4m to a maximum height of 1.3m to the front and nil setback to the lot boundary.
