Commercial Vehicle Parking and Sea Container (Retrospective) - Lot 158 (44) Bebich Drive, Wanneroo
Public comment is invited on a proposed retrospective development that has already commenced or is being carried out. The application seeks retrospective development approval for the following;
- Commercial vehicle parking. The City has been informed that the application is for the parking of 15 commercial vehicles; comprising of five trucks, five trailers and five dollies; and
- Two sea containers; situated in proximity to the southwestern corner of the subject lot.
