The City of Wanneroo is in the process of reviewing its local laws in accordance with section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995.
LOCAL LAWS UNDER REVIEW
The City of Wanneroo Council resolved on 12 December 2023 to give public notice that it proposes to review the following local laws:
- Bee Keeping Local Law 2016
- Dogs Local Law 2016
- Health Local Law 1999
- Parking Local Law 2015
- Penalty Units Local Law 2015
- Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2015
- Signs Local Law 1999
- Site Erosion and Sand Drift Prevention Local Law 2016
- Waste Local Law 2016
