The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 11 March 2024.
The application proposes a Grouped Dwelling (one unit) at 30B Lanyard Outlook, Jindalee.
Details of the proposal are:
- The grouped dwelling is two storeys in height and incorporates a balcony on the upper floor which faces west toward Maritime Drive;
- The grouped dwelling incorporates a portion of wall on the southern elevation of the upper floor which is 10m in length and is setback 1.2m from the southern property boundary; and
- The grouped dwelling incorporates a portion of wall on the northern elevation of the upper floor which is 15.2m in length and is setback 1.5m from the northern property boundary
