Proposed Single House and Single House Additions at 13 Graham Road, Quinns Rocks (DA2024/127)

The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 17 April 2024.

The application proposes a Single House and associated retaining walls with no setbacks on the southern, northern and western property boundaries.

Details of the retaining walls are as follows:

• Two retaining walls along the southern property boundary which incorporate the following:
  • The first retaining wall being 12.5 metres in length and ranges from 0.7 metres to 1.7 metres above Natural Ground Level.
  • The second retaining wall being 7.9 meters in length and ranges from 0.1 metres to 0.4 metres above Natural Ground Level.

• Two retaining walls along the northern property boundary which incorporate the following:
  • The first retaining wall being 29.6 metres in length and ranges from 0.1 metres to 0.8 metres above Natural Ground Level.
  • The second retaining wall being 8.2 metres in length and ranges from 0.3 metres to 2.5 metres above Natural Ground Level.

• One retaining wall along the western rear property boundary which is 26.5 metres in length and ranges from 1.2 metres to 2.5 metres above Natural Ground Level 
• The retaining walls use a combination of panels and post and limestone construction materials.
