The abovementioned development application is currently being advertised for public comment until 12 April 2024.
The application proposes a single house at 11 Evans Place, Two Rocks.
Details of the proposal are as follows:
- Retaining wall of 0.4m to 1.9m in height with nil setback and associated fill to the Southeast lot boundary; and
- Retaining wall of 0.3m to 1m in height with nil setback and associated fill to the Southwest lot boundary.
Due to the height of the retaining walls, you are invited to provide comment on the proposal with regard to the following Design Principles:
Building bulk;
Amenity;
Sunlight and ventilation;
Overlooking;
Appropriateness to the locality; and
Respect for the natural ground levels of the site
