This application was considered by the Metro North-West JDAP at its meeting held on 17 June 2019, where in accordance with the provisions of the City of Wanneroo District Planning Scheme No.2, it was resolved to approve the application.

Proposed JDAP - Roadhouse (Service Station and Restaurant) - Lot 200 (2) Cowle Street, Landsdale - DA2019/346

Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned proposal located at Lot 200 (2) Cowle Street in Landsdale.

The proposal is for a Roadhouse (Liberty Petrol Station) which includes a dining area. The Roadhouse intends to be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
