Proposed Grouped Dwelling and Addition (Patio) - 26B Morgan Way, Girrawheen - DA2019/653
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application for a proposed grouped dwelling to be located at the rear of the adjoining property, which includes the addition of an alfresco on the common boundary.
The application has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3: Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Following assessment, the following departure from the deemed-to-comply requirements was identified:
Clause 5.3.1 Lot Boundary Setbacks
- The application proposes to locate 5.7 metre long patio setback 0.74 metres from a common boundary. The patio measures 2.75 metres in height from ground level and has a maximum pitched roof height of 3.1 metres.
