Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) - 17 Riverdell Fairway, Carramar - DA2019/780
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application for a proposed patio addition.
The application has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3: Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Following assessment, the following departures from the deemed-to-comply requirements were identified:
Clause 5.3.1 Lot Boundary Setbacks
- The application proposes to locate a 13.2 metre long patio setback 0.5 metres from the north-facing common boundary. The patio measures 2.5 metres from ground level and has a maximum roof height of 3.7m;
- The proposal is to replace and extend the existing patio towards to eastern boundary.
