Proposed Single House (Amendment to DA2018/783) - 26 View Terrace, Quinns Rocks - DA2019/744
Adjoining landowner/occupier comment is invited on the above-mentioned application for a two storey residence with an undercroft storage room and garage.
The application has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3: Residential Design Codes (R-Codes). Following assessment, departures from the deemed-to-comply requirements were identified. These departures include boundary and retaining wall heights as well a visual privacy variation, resulting from a raised pool area.
