Proposed Single House Addition (Patio) - 39 Lady Lindsay Cove, Yanchep - DA2019/1231
The above-mentioned development application is currently advertised for public comment until 4 December 2019.
The application has been assessed against State Planning Policy 7.3: Residential Design Codes (R-Codes) and the following departure from the deemed-to-comply requirements was identified:
Clause 5.3.1 Lot Boundary Setbacks
- The application proposes to locate 14.9 metre long patio setback 0.5 metres from a common boundary (east). The patio has a flat roof with a maximum height of 2.5m
