Proposed Service Station at 1351 and 1369 Wanneroo Road, Wanneroo - DA2019/1407
Public comment is invited on the above-mentioned application for a BP Service Station which proposes the following:
- Eight refuelling
bays;
- 265m2
retail building;
- 16 car parking
bays, including one ACROD bay;
- 423m2 of
landscaping; and
- Signage associated
with the proposed development.
